Architectural Options to Address the Facilities Needs

Financing Alternatives with Financial Advisor
- Review
Bond Election Timetable to Address the Facilities Needs
- Prioritize
the Facilities Needs of the Children
- Prepare
and Present the Committee’s Recommendation to the Board of Trustees
Initial Organizational Meeting:
- Elect
a Chairperson
- Review
Purpose and goal of the Committee
- Confirm
Date to Present Recommendation to the Board of Trustees
- Establish
Meeting Schedule (e.g. Thursdays at 5:00
p.m.)
- May
choose to elect a Secretary to record the minutes

of Facilities to Assess What We Have
- Discussion
of Demographics and Enrollment Trends
- Discussion
of Spaces Needed and Repair/Renovations Needed
- Analysis
of Alternative Solutions to Needed Spaces

and Formulation Into a Recommendation
