Select control pannel from the start menu

Then open the mail applet

click E-mail Acounts

click Add a new e-mail account

select Microsoft Exchange Server

For the servers name enter: Admin

For the user name: enter the users login name i.e. for Randy Stuart enter rstuart

Click Finish

That's IT!!
