Check Proxy  
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select Tools --> Internet Options
  1. Select The Connections Tab
  2. Click Lan Settings
  1. Deselect "Automatically detect settings" (This is selected by default)
  2. Select use proxy server and enter the IP address 192.168.1.233
  3. Enter 80 for the port
  4. Select local bypass

  1. Click OK twice
