Summer Strength and Conditioning Dates For All Athletes

All incoming 9th - 12th grade athletes are encouraged to attend the SAC Camp (Strength And Conditioning Camp) this summer.  All sessions for male athletes will be from 8:00 - 10:00 am and female athletes are also from 8:00 - 10:00 am on these dates.  All sessions will be conducted at the high school weight room and athletic fields.  If you have any questions you can call the high school athletic office at 272-7334.  **Due to the great response we will have a separate time for incoming 7th & 8th graders. They will meet on the same dates but their workout time will be 10:30 - 11:45. 

Week 1:  June 4th - 7th

Week 2:  June 18th - 21st

Week 3:  June 25th - 28th

Week 4:  July 9th - 12th

Week 5:  July 16th - 19th

Week 6:  July 30th - August 2nd
