Muleshoe ISD, has many excellent programs, but one in which were are most proud of is our computer department. Since technology education is paramount in today's society, we have endeavored to provide cutting edge computer training so that our students will be ready for the world today and tomorrow.

We have 3 mobile laptop carts that serve our campuses classrooms providing wireless internet. This creates an excellent environment where students can accomplish many aspects of education and research using industry proven software and the internet.

The BCIS class is a required class for all high school students and prepares students to use office applications that are found in all business environments today. This class provides an excellent foundation for all our students to succeed in further education and their future careers.

Our Video Technology Classes teach students to use world class software such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and other powerful video editing tools. Students create stunning movies and video productions, such as the senior presentation. Our classes have won state wide awards for such projects as "Shattered Dreams" a film that teaches the dangers of drinking and driving.

The Computer Science team has been victorious at many different levels, with there Java programming knowledge. Many of these students have gone on to student Computer Science at prestigious colleges throughout the country.

The Webmastering Classes learn the art of programming in HTML, CSS, and PHP. While at the same time incorporating artist style to create web sites that effectively communicate to the world and are attractive too. The Web class uses the Macromedia Studio a powerful program used by professional web production companies world wide.
