The Mission of the Muleshoe Independent School District is to graduate life-long learners and productive citizens by providing an instructional program and educational environment that develops the skills, attitudes and ethics necessary to meet the needs of a changing society.

Muleshoe ISD graduates positive, ethical, and productive citizens who are life-long learners.

1. MISD will hire, train, and retain quality personnel to meet the needs of the district.

2. Muleshoe ISD will use resources effectively to enhance and develop enrichment educational programs that will encourage student attendance and enrollment.

3. MISD educators will create an environment in which our students attain skills and knowledge to be future leaders.

4. MISD will provide an instructional program, appropriate educational environment and vocational opportunities with community partnership that will meet the needs of all students in a changing population.

Through this comprehensive school-family-community partnership model, which encourages active participation of parents, family members, and community members, many of the educational needs of our students will be addressed. Our goal is to improve parent and community relations, both for the district and its individual campuses.
