This is a short summary of a recent community safety meeting for Bailey County and Muleshoe held on April 2, 2020.
1) 17 Covid 19 cases tested
2) 15 Cases came back negative
3) 2 Cases pending results
Just as the school has been closed for precautionary reasons, Muleshoe Area Hospital has taken a proactive approach and is not allowing visitors at this time.

Muleshoe ISD will have drive by pick up meals today, April 2nd beginning at 9:30 in the Jr. High Bus Lane. Your child will receive breakfast and lunch for today and Friday. All children age 0-18 welcome! Can't wait to see you!
Debido a la orden Ejecutiva del Gobernador Abbott, Muleshoe ISD continuará el cierre de la escuela y el aprendizaje "en casa" hasta el 4 de mayo. ¡Estudiantes y padres que están haciendo un gran trabajo! ¡Sigan con el buen trabajo! La recogida de comidas continuará también.
Due to Governor Abbott's Executive order Muleshoe ISD will continue school closure and "At Home" learning until May 4. Students and parents you are doing a great job! Keep up the good work! Meal pick up will continue as well.

Tuesday, March 31 Muleshoe ISD will hand out meals for Tuesday and Wednesday in the bus lane at the Jr. High. No meal pick up on Wednesday.
Muleshoe ISD is prepared and ready to give out today’s meals. All children in Muleshoe ages 0-18 are welcome to breakfast and lunch today. Staff is in place, enter the East end of the bus lane at Watson Jr. High.

Muleshoe ISD will deliver meals to students who were in line for meals yesterday when we ran out of food. Busses will begin routes at 1:45. Please be prepared to pick up meals at the regular bus stops. Thank you for your patience as we work through details of the changes that are occurring.
We apologize for running out of meals today. We were blessed with a wonderful response. Muleshoe ISD will run a bus route tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25th to deliver meals to students who were not served today. Again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
